Where is Origin Table Tennis Academy located?

Our address is 252-20 northern boulevard Suite #210, Little Neck, NY, 11362. It’s located at Northern Blvd and Browvale Ln. If you see the GNC Live Well store. We are on the second floor.

Do you have a dress policy?

We recommend you to wear comfortable sports clothing. Please wear non-marking flat soled shoes. Wear professional table tennis shoes is always the best choice. High heels are not allowed. Please wear shoes that have rubber on the bottom.

Does Origin Table Tennis Academy have lockers available?

Yes, we have lockers at the main entrance of our academy and it is first come first served. Lockers are for use only during the time of your visit and it’s free.

Do you have demo rackets for customer use?

Yes, demo rackets cost $5/paddle/use for your visiting. But if there is any damaged during the rental time, the penalty will be $50.00. So please use it with care.

What if I need to cancel my group/private lesson?

Please contact Origin TTA 929-614-0029 to cancel or reschedule your group or private lessons

Group Lesson: (normally means our after school program) 24 hours in advance of your scheduled group lesson appointment to qualify for a make-up, otherwise the 100% of your lesson fee will be charged. There are two make-ups for student taking group lessons during the Fall term, 2023. And all make ups must be taken during the season that the lessons are missed. For those students who sign up 2 group lessons in Fall semester, if they qualify with 2 make-ups, the make-ups will be transfer as a store credit for future lesson using. NO REFUND or STORE CREDIT if you quit any group programs.

Private Lesson: 24 hours in advance of your scheduled private lesson appointment to qualify for a non-charged absent. Otherwise the 100% of your lesson fee will be charged. To avoid this charge you can call our customer service 929-614-0029 to schedule a make-up. For better benefit each customer, all the private lesson will starts on time. If you are late the lesson will end on time.

Please note: All OTTA camps are NON-refundable, and we DO NOT provide make up service.

Does Origin TTA has a Pro Shop?

The main Pro Shop is located at the entrance of our academy club. Feel free to come to our shop to purchase. We can also ship to your home too!

Does Origin closed on holidays?

Generally, we strive to be open 365 days. But for some of the major holidays such as Christmas, Chinese New Year we will consider having a day off. Please see our update news at that time (The monthly calendar on the main page of our website)

What if I broke something in your place?

We absolutely do not want that to happen and we understand that you don’t mean to do it. Unfortunately, you have to pay the retail price of the damaged property for a better maintenance of our place. (Such as table tennis table, all the selling products, all the equipments etc)

What’s your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with the items you bought, please feel free to reach us and describe the issue in detail. Any return or exchange of items can only be made within 7 days after the order is purchased. All returned/exchange items must be in unopened/original condition, with original packaging or else return will be rejected .
